Yoghurt Sandwich is one such example for a Healthy Breakfast. It contains macro nutrients like carbohydrates in the form of breads, Yoghurt makes it rich in protein and gives moderate fat, and vegetables makes it rich in vitamins and minerals along with fiber.

Ingredients

  • 4 Slice White Bread
  • 1/4 Cup Hung Dahi (Curd)
  • 10 Gram Cabbage
  • 10 Gram Tomato
  • 10 Gram Onion
  • 10 Gram Cucumber
  • 1 Piece Green Chillies
  • 10 Gram Coriander
  • 10 Gram Pudina (Mint) Leaves
  • *Add to taste: Salt,Pepper
