Know How To Make Open Paneer and Carrot Toast
- 4 Slice Brown Bread
- 3/4 Cup Carrot grated
- 100 Gram Paneer (Cottage Cheese) Low Fat Grated
- 1 Table_Sp Tomato chopped
- 1 Tea_Sp Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Tea_Sp Coriander chopped
- 1/2 Tea_Sp Butter
*Add to taste: Salt,Pepper
- Combine the carrot, paneer, tomato, green chillies, coriander, butter and salt in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Divide into 5 equal portions.
- Place one portion of the mixture on each toast and bake in a pre-heated at 150° C(300° F) for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
