Ingredients :
- Tulsi Leaves 15
- Black Pepper 5-6 corn
- Ginger 1 small piece
- Honey ½ teaspoon
Method :
- Take about 5-6 black peppercorns and crush them.
- Add all the ingredients in a pan and add about two glasses of water.
- Boil it for about 10-15 minutes on a low flame.
- Strain it and add ½ teaspoon of honey to it and mix well
- Drink this twice a day.
