Healthy Breakfast Recipe – Egg White Omlette
Having a healthy breakfast is the golden rule to loose weight. It provides energy to sustain daily activities. Along with energy, it also provides a good amount of nutrients required by an Individual and helps in improving metabolism.
With the change in lifestyle and time constraint, there are times one tends to skip eating breakfast which in turn affects one’s energy level and efficiency.
Egg Omelette is a classic example of a healthy breakfast. Eggs being a complete protein, provides good amount of proteins along with low calorie making it the healthy for weight loss. Along with proteins it also provides good sources of vitamins and minerals. Addition of spinach and mushroom further improves the nutritional value as spinach provides good source of antioxidants and some minerals like iron, zinc copper etc and mushroom adds on to the antioxidants and vitamins in the recipe especially the vitamin D as it is the only vegetarian source of vitamin D.

- 2 medium, Egg White
- 1 cup Palak (Spinach)
- 20 grams mushroom, chopped
- ½ tea sp butter

How to Make:
- Place on pat of butter in omlette pan, melt and add Egg Whites.
- Add spinach and mushrooms, cook on medium heat until eggs are no longer runny, fold in half and cook until done.
