Sama also known as little millet is a nutritional haven for everyone. Millets the widely grown in India are nutritional powerhouses. They contain three to five times more proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals compared to wheat and rice. 50 Gram Sama Rice

100 ML Buttermilk

1/2 Tea_Sp Oil

1 Tea_Sp Jeera (Cumin)

2 Piece Kadi Patta (Curry Leaves)

1 Piece Green Chillies

*Salt to taste

Method :

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Add jeera, curry leaves and split green chillies.
  3. Add Sama rice and buttermilk along with more water and let it cook for some time.
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Serve hot.
