Palak Carrot Roti

  • 6 Medium

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Bajra Flour (Black Millet)
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 Cup Palak (Spinach) chopped
  • 1 Tea_Sp Green Chillies Paste
  • 1 Tea_Sp Garlic Paste
  • 2 Tea_Sp Oil
  • 1 Table_Sp Lemon Juice
  • *Add to taste: Salt,Pepper
  • *Flour for rolling

Method:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into semi-soft dough using enough warm water
  •  Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 75 mm (2.5″) diameter, using a little bajra flour for rolling
  • Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each paratha using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides
  • Serve immediately
