Palak Carrot Roti

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Bajra Flour (Black Millet)
- 1/2 Cup Carrot grated
- 1/2 Cup Palak (Spinach) chopped
- 1 Tea_Sp Green Chillies Paste
- 1 Tea_Sp Garlic Paste
- 2 Tea_Sp Oil
- 1 Table_Sp Lemon Juice
- *Add to taste: Salt,Pepper
- *Flour for rolling
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead into semi-soft dough using enough warm water
- Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 75 mm (2.5″) diameter, using a little bajra flour for rolling
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each paratha using a little oil, till it turns golden brown in colour from both sides
- Serve immediately
