Ingredients
- 1 Cup Split Moong Dal soaked overnight
- 1 Cup Besan (Bengal Gram Flour)
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Medium Onion chopped
- 2 Piece Green Chillies chopped
- 1 Tea_Sp Pomegranate Powder
- 1 Tea_Sp Methi Leaves dried
- Add to taste: Salt, Pepper
2 Table_Sp Oil

Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 14 equal portions and roll them into thick circles of 2.5″ diameter.
- Heat a Tava and cook each paratha using little oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve Hot.
