Fruit Posicles


  • 1/4 Cup Kiwi Sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 1/4 Cup Strawberries Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Papaya Cut into slices
  • 1/8 Cup Black Grapes Cut into Slices
  • 150 ML Coconut Water


  • Combine fruit in a mixing bowl, and arrange the mixture into Popsicle molds.
  • Pour coconut water into each mold to just cover fruit.
  • Insert Popsicle sticks and freeze until solid (about 6 hours).
  • Makes 2 Sticks.
