DIY Fresh Fruit Popsicles Recipe
- 1/4 Cup Watermelon Cut into small pieces
- 1/4 Cup Litchi Cut into small pieces
- 150 ML Coconut Water
- Combine fruit in a mixing bowl, and arrange the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Pour coconut water into each mold to just cover fruit.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid (about 6 hours).
- Makes 2 Sticks.
