Green Tofu Soup

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Palak (Spinach) chopped
- 1/2 Cup Rajma (Kidney Beans)
- 1 Cup Onion chopped
- 1 Cup Tofu
- 1 Medium Garlic Clove
- 1 Tea_Sp Ginger chopped
- 2 Piece Green Chillies
- 1 Tea_Sp Olive Oil
- 1 Tea_Sp Jeera (Cumin)
- Add to taste: Salt,Pepper

Method:
- Cut tofu into medium size cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan & season cumin seeds. add chopped onion, garlic and ginger, saute for a while.
- When onion becomes transparent add spinach, chilly and kidney beans to it and saute for a while. Let it cool for a while.
- Grind them till coarse paste. Pour the paste into the pan and add water to it.
- Now add the tofu pieces and allow it to cook.
- When the soup starts thicken,remove it from the heat.
- Serve hot.
