Recipe:

150 ml Low Fat Milk

¼  Medium Apple chopped

2 pcs Black Dates Chopped

Few Drop of Vanilla Essence

*3 to 4 Ice cubes

 

RECIPES :

  1. Soak the dates in a ½ cup of warm milk and leave aside for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Blend all the ingredients in a liquidizer and pour into 1individual glasses.
  3. Serve chilled.
