Below mentioned is a salad recipe where these 2 super foods are used it can be included in your diet plan for weight loss to add variety.

Cucumber and Pomegranate Salad (Serves 4)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Spring Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Pudina (Mint) Leaves chopped
  • 1/4 Tea Spoon Salt
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Pepper Powder ground
  • 1 Medium Cucumber peeled seeded and diced
  • 2 Medium Pomegranate peeled
  • 67 Gram Lemon peeled and sliced

Recipe: 

  1. In a large bowl put all the ingredients.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve.
