Cucumber Mint Appetizing Lassi (Serves 3)


  • 2 Cup Low Fat Dahi (Curd)
  • 15 Piece Pudina (Mint) Leaves
  • 1 Medium Cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 Tea Spoon Jeera (Cumin) roasted
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Sanchal (Black Salt)
  • 1 Tea Spoon Coriander chopped
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes crushed
  • For the garnish: Phudina (Mint)


  1. Combine all the ingredients except ice and blend using a hand blender till smooth.
  2. Add 1 cup of chilled water and crushed ice and blend till frothy.
  3. Pour it into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Serve chilled.
