Choco Egg White Shake-A Sweet and Healthy Breakfast

Not having a healthy breakfast you would be running empty stomach like trying to start a car without fuel.

Eggs and Milk when combined becomes a perfect ingredient of your Healthy Breakfast   as it improves the quality of protein and provides you multiple vitamins and minerals.

Choco Egg White Shake (Serves 1) 


  • 1 Cup Low Fat Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Medium Egg White
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Sugar
  • 5 Gram Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tea Spoon Dalchini (Cinnamon)


  1. Put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, pour into glass, and sprinkle some cinnamon on.
  2. Serve cold in a glass.
