Choco Egg White Shake (Serves 1)
- 1 Cup Low Fat Milk
- 1/3 Cup Ice Cubes
- 1 Medium Egg White
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Sugar
- 5 Gram Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tea Spoon Dalchini (Cinnamon)
- Put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth, pour into glass, and sprinkle some cinnamon on.
- Serve cold in a glass.
