Broccoli And Vegetable Sandwich Recipe

Broccoli and Vegetable Sandwich is the perfect example for it.

Broccoli And Vegetable Sandwich (Serves 3)


  • 1/4 Cup Broccoli grated
  • 1/4 Cup Carrot grated
  • 1/4 Cup Cabbage grated
  • 1/4 Cup Red Capsicum (Bell Pepper) chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Green Capsicum (Bell Pepper) chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Spring Onion sliced
  • 6 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
  • 6 Tea Spoon Green Chutney
  • 1/2 Tea Spoon Oil
    *Salt and Pepper as per taste
    *Chilliflakes and Oregano as per taste


  1. Grate Broccoli, Carrot, Cabbage, Green Pepper and Red Pepper in the food processor.
  2. Slice the green Onion
  3. Now mix salt (as per taste) sliced green onion and all chopped vegetables and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  4. Squeeze the water from chopped vegetables.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add squeezed chopped vegetables in it.
  7. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame and stir continuously.
  8. Add salt and black pepper powder, chill flakes, oregano according to your taste.
  9. Remove from fire and let it be cool.
  10. Now spread vegetable mix on bread evenly.
  11. Either Grill it or have it plain.
  12. Serve
