Broccoli and Vegetable Sandwich is the perfect example for it.
Broccoli And Vegetable Sandwich (Serves 3) |
Ingredients:- 1/4 Cup Broccoli grated
- 1/4 Cup Carrot grated
- 1/4 Cup Cabbage grated
- 1/4 Cup Red Capsicum (Bell Pepper) chopped
- 1/4 Cup Green Capsicum (Bell Pepper) chopped
- 1/4 Cup Spring Onion sliced
- 6 Slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 6 Tea Spoon Green Chutney
- 1/2 Tea Spoon Oil
*Salt and Pepper as per taste
*Chilliflakes and Oregano as per taste
Recipe: - Grate Broccoli, Carrot, Cabbage, Green Pepper and Red Pepper in the food processor.
- Slice the green Onion
- Now mix salt (as per taste) sliced green onion and all chopped vegetables and keep aside for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the water from chopped vegetables.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add squeezed chopped vegetables in it.
- Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on high flame and stir continuously.
- Add salt and black pepper powder, chill flakes, oregano according to your taste.
- Remove from fire and let it be cool.
- Now spread vegetable mix on bread evenly.
- Either Grill it or have it plain.
- Serve
