Broccoli and Baby Corn Sesame Stir Fry Recipe

Broccoli and Baby Corn Sesame Stir Fry (Serves 3)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tea Spoon Oil
  • 2 Tea Spoon Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 Tea Spoon Garlic Clove finely chopped
  • 1 Tea Spoon Til Seeds (Sesame)
  • 10 Piece Asparagus blanched
  • 1/2 Cup Broccoli blanched
  • 10 Piece Baby Corn blanched & cut
  • 1/2 Cup Mix Capsicum cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot boiled
    *Add to taste: Salt, Pepper

Recipe: 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the ginger, garlic and stir fry on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the sesame seeds and stir fry on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add the asparagus, baby corn, carrot, salt and pepper and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
