#1. Clear Soup with Babycorn, Mushrooms and Carrots

Clear Soup with Babycorn, Mushrooms and Carrots (Serves 3)

Provides “Selenium”, Helps to Boost Immunity and fight HIV.

Ingredients:

  • 12 Piece Baby Corn
  • 2 Piece Spring Onion
  • 4 Table Sp French Beans chopped
  • 1 Medium Carrot sliced
  • 3 Table Sp Mushroom chopped
  • 4 1/2 Cup Vegetable Stock
  • 3 Tea Sp Olive Oil
  • *Add to taste: Salt,Pepper

Recipe:

  • Slice the baby corn into big pieces.
  • Slice the spring onions with a few leaves.
  • Heat the oil in a wok on a high flame. Add the baby corn, spring onions, green beans, carrot, mushrooms and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add the hot boiling stock and salt and boil for 1/2 minute.
  • Serve hot with chillies in vinegar, soya sauce and chilli sauce.

#2. Stuffed Egg

Stuffed Egg (Serves 4)

Provides “Sulphur”, Helps to Boost Immunity and fight HIV.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Medium Egg hard boiled
  • 1/2 Cup Cabbage
  • 1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Medium Tomato Finely Chopped
  • 3 Piece Garlic Clove Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tea Sp Pepper Powder
  • 1 Table Sp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tea Sp Oil
  • 2 Tea Sp Cheese
  • *Salt to taste

Recipe:

  • For preparing vegetable stuffed eggs, cut the hard boiled eggs in the centre, remove the yolks and keep it aside in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the cabbage, garlic , onions and tomatoes with salt for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Mix in the yolks and pepper powder. Remove it from the flame and put it in a bowl.
  • Add in the mayonnaise and mix well.
  • Stuff this mixture into the hard boiled eggs.
  • Shred it With Cheese.
  • Vegetable stuffed eggs are ready. Serve immediately for breakfast.

#3. Kiwi Papaya Drink 

Kiwi-Papaya-Drink

Kiwi Papaya Drink (4 Glasses)

Provides “Vitamin C and E”, Helps to Boost Immunity and fight HIV.

Ingredients:

  • 4 Medium Kiwi Pieces cut and peeled into round shape
  • 3 Cup Papaya Chooped
  • 8 Piece Mint leaves
  • 4 Teaspoon Honey
  • 4 Piece Almond Soaked and Sliced
  • 4 Piece Walnut Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Recipe:

  • Combine chopped ,Papaya honey, 6 mint leaves, lime juice, ice cubes, water and kiwi( leaving 2 slice for garnish) in blender
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour in glass, add sliced Almonds and Walnuts  and garnish with slice of kiwi, Papaya and Mint.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Serves 12)

Provides “Glutathione”, Helps to Boost Immunity and fight HIV.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Medium Carrot Finely Chopped
  • 1 Medium Onion Finely Chopped
  • 20 Gram Sweet Corn
  • 1 Medium Zucchini Finely Chopped
  • 2 Medium Cabbage Heads
  • 1 Medium Tomato Finely Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onion For Tying
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Pepper Powder
  • *Chilli Flakes

Recipe:

  • Separate the Cabbage leaves, dip them in salted water and freeze them.
  • In a bowl, mix all the Chopped Veggies, Boiled Corn, Hung Curd, Salt, Chilli flakes and Oregano.
  • Remove the Cabbage leaves from the refrigerator and put 2 teaspoons of the stuffing on the leaves.
  • Roll the Cabbage leaves and tie them with spring onions
  • The Vegetable stuffed cabbage is ready to serve.
