Most of us wait with bated breath for the much-awaited holiday season. Like a tightly wound-up coiled spring, waiting to be released. Because it is marked with fun, travel, food, entertainment and time with family – there are loads of obstacles in following your diet for fitness.
So while you gear up for the reveling, make sure you don’t make it your agenda to feast on anything and everything that you find sinful. Moderation is the keyword here. Go easy on the eats to manage your diet for fitness and you can still have a rollicking time. Here’s how:
- Don’t eat frugally or skip a meal just to save up for a feast. Your body doesn’t understand this math, and you may just end up overeating.
